Only to prove my case, it could be one of the seven wonders of the world on how quick Boris found its way to this particular discussion in less than 12 hours, when they can't even answer the email, again, (requested by them) from 8 days ago. I know their customer support & service is much superior to Boris, this is frpm my past and present experience with them. I just experienced 'great support' from Boris! I have BCC 8 64bit on my 2008 Mac Pro and 'had' BCC 4 32bit on the ole 2006 MacBook Pro. I read an old Boris pdf stating there was a 32bit version of BCC 8. I went through the steps to activate without success.

I emailed boris customer support with specific screen shots and a few hours later received a response stating activation was now available. Worked like a cham and now BCC 8 32bit is working on the ole 2006 MacBook Pro! Instead of getting rid of Boris it may be better to just add to your plugin collection.
