Does it just increase enemy hp, decrease your hp xp etc? Or does it alter the gameplay in other ways? The mod completely rebalances the game. Without this mod you can explore, and reach the level cap before you even do 30% of the game. This mod actually adds a whole new level of strategy to each encounter. No more mindless button mashing, and it's really easy to set up also.
